Acceptance of Terms of Use

By confirming the order, the customer accepts the Terms of Use.

Dispatch

Shipping within EU is exclusively carried out by the courier services DPD or GLS. The courier service delivers the shipment to the customer’s address; indoor delivery is not included in the price. For deliveries within EU, the delivery time to the customer’s address is 1-10 working days from the date of payment. Unfortunately, delivery is not possible for some islands and sparsely populated areas; in such cases, collection is possible at the nearest terminal.

Products are shipped packed in cardboard packaging so that they cannot be damaged during regular postal handling. Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check for any damages and immediately report them to the courier who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment with visible external damage. The goods are insured against loss in delivery. If the customer does not receive the ordered goods or a delivery notice from the seller even after the anticipated delivery period, they must notify the seller so that actions can be taken to locate the shipment or send a replacement.

Assembly

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all products are delivered to the customer’s address in their original packaging. Some products need to be assembled before use. The manufacturer has intended for the customer to carry out the assembly according to the enclosed instructions, and the seller is not obliged to assemble the products. The customer can, at their own expense, order product assembly from an authorized or contractual service in their vicinity.

Inability to Deliver by the Seller

In the event that the seller is unable to deliver the product because the ordered product is not in stock or it is no longer possible to order it from the supplier, the seller will inform the customer in writing. The customer can cancel the order or possibly accept a new delivery date. If the consumer decides to cancel the order, the seller will refund the paid amount as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the occurrence of the delay, increased by the prescribed interest rate.

Warranty

In the event of a defect in the product covered by the warranty, we commit to repairing it as soon as possible, and no later than 45 days. If the product cannot be repaired or is not repaired within 45 days, it will be replaced with a new one. If the product repair takes longer than 10 days, the warranty will be extended for the duration of the repair.

To simplify the process, in case of a complaint about a specific item, it is advisable to photograph the entire damaged item, a clearly visible detail of the damage (from multiple angles), and the serial number of the item (if any).

If a defect is detected within 6 months of receiving the purchased product, it is considered that the defect existed at the time of purchase.

You can claim liability for material defects within two years, provided you notified the trader of the defect in a timely manner.

Ensure that the item under complaint is returned in the condition in which you purchased it.

The warranty is valid only if the product has been used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or according to common regulations.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, falls, collisions, impacts, overloading, or interventions and repairs during the warranty period by unauthorized services or as a result of poor maintenance and storage of the item.

The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear of consumable materials such as cables, rubber mats, transmission belts, upholstery, elastic bands, ropes, inner tubes, brakes, brake cables and housings, buttons, speed regulators (up to one year), brake and gear cables, brake pads, chains, batteries, etc.

A receipt as proof of purchase is required for all complaint procedures.

For any item that will be repaired or replaced under warranty, the warranty period will be extended for the period the item was under repair.

If the item is used for purposes or activities for which it is not intended, significantly reducing its lifespan, it is not covered by the warranty.

We reserve the right to charge for repairs if the complaint request is not approved for any of the reasons mentioned above.

If repair/replacement of the item is not possible, we reserve the right to offer a replacement item of the same or greater value, or if replacement is not possible, to refund a portion of the money proportional to the remaining expected lifespan of the item.

Always maintain and repair the item strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions, otherwise, the item may be damaged, which could cause a serious accident.
