Right of Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return the product or unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Articles 57 and 72. The full text of the Act is available here.

Conditions for Returns

Return Period: You may return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Costs: The cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.

Product Condition: You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product due to handling, except for what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

Refund Process

Notification: Inform us of your decision to return the product or terminate the contract in writing. You can use the return form provided below, email or post.

Refund: Upon receipt of your written notification and the returned product, we will process the replacement or full refund within 14 days.

Exceptions and Special Cases

Inability to Deliver: If we are unable to deliver a replacement product, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs and the value of the product that cannot be delivered.

Non-Seller Fault Returns: For returns not caused by any fault on our part, you will bear all handling costs incurred.

Complaints and Warranty Claims

Error or Damage: If you discover an error or damage to the product that did not occur during transport, you can exercise your right to unilaterally terminate the contract or file a complaint.
