Welcome to our webshop! By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following purchase conditions. These conditions apply to all sales made through our online store, together with our Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Payment Methods
We offer a variety of payment options to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience:
Credit and Debit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, China UnionPay (CUP), Diners Club, Discover, eftpos Australia and Japan Credit Bureau (JCB).
Google Pay: Quick and secure payment via your Google account.
Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer the total amount directly to our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Cash on Delivery: Available for deliveries within Croatia only. A cash-on-delivery fee of 3 % of the order total (including shipping) applies and is shown at checkout before you place your order.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on our website are in euro (EUR) and include VAT applicable under Croatian law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
4. Order Processing and Shipping
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping: We ship to the countries listed on our Shipping page. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We strive to process and ship orders within 1–5 business days.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
5. Cancellation and Returns
Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service. If the order has already been shipped, you can use your right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. You may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; please return them complete, preferably in the original packaging. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Details and the model withdrawal form are available in our Return Policy.

8. Governing Law
These purchase conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia; consumers may also bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence.

9. Product reviews
Product reviews in our online shop can only be submitted by customers who have purchased the product in our shop and are logged in to their customer account. Reviews from verified buyers are marked as “verified owner”. This ensures that the reviews shown come from customers who have actually bought and used the product.
