This set combines the MightyRock foldable weight bench with the MightyRock wall bracket: a flat bench rated for 500 kg that folds to just 9.5 cm and hangs flat on your wall when you are not training. Your floor stays completely clear – lift the bench off the bracket, train anywhere in the room and hang it back in seconds. The bench is not fixed to the wall, so you are never tied to one spot.

MightyRock Wall Bracket

• Vertical storage: made from 3 mm thick steel, the bracket securely holds the folded bench on the wall via its integrated bumper, freeing up floor space.
• Quick to mount: two screws, about 10 minutes. Two small drill holes are fine in most rented flats and easy to fill when you move out.
• Note: the bracket does not come with bolts. M6 or M8 bolts can be used.

Firm, Grippy Padding

The pad is wide enough to fully support your shoulder blades, reducing the risk of shoulder injury, while still allowing a full range of arm movement. The cover is made from textured vinyl that prevents slipping. Underneath, foam and recycled cotton give firm yet comfortable support, while the 15 mm plywood base adds durability.

Sturdy, High-Strength Frame

Built with a 2 mm thick high-strength steel frame and 5 mm thick steel legs, the MightyRock is designed for maximum rigidity. Its welded supports ensure stability, even during intense exercises like triceps dips. The attached bumper protects the padding when resting on the floor or hanging on the wall, while a protective plate on the legs distributes pressure evenly.

Heavy-Duty, Anti-Slip Legs

The legs are made from 5 mm thick steel plates, making the bench extremely robust. Anti-slip rubber caps protect your floor and keep the bench steady during your workout.

Warranty

MightyLu gives a 5-year commercial warranty on the steel load-bearing structure of the bench (steel frame and legs) and a 2-year warranty on all other parts, such as the padding, the quick-release pins and the rubber parts. The commercial warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (at least 2 years) and does not affect them.
