Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to withdraw from the contract (return the product) within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22, 59/23, 59/26) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Conditions for Returns
Withdrawal Period: 14 days from the day you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) receive the product.
Return Deadline: Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return Costs: The direct cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.
Product Condition: You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refund Process
Notification: Inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear written statement sent by email to info@mightylu.com or by post to the address below. You can use our model withdrawal form (PDF), but it is not obligatory.
Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is earlier.
Method of Refund: We refund using the same means of payment you used for the order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. For cash on delivery orders, we refund to the bank account (IBAN) you provide.
Exceptions and Special Cases
Inability to Deliver: If we are unable to deliver a replacement product, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs and the value of the product that cannot be delivered.
Non-Seller Fault Returns: For returns not caused by any fault on our part, you bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Complaints and Warranty Claims
Error or Damage: If you discover a defect or damage to the product that did not occur during transport, you can exercise your rights under the legal guarantee for material defects: repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.
Contact Us: Send your complaint by email or post. We will respond to your complaint in writing within 14 days from the receipt of your complaint.
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
We will always try to resolve any complaint directly with you first. The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Information on consumer rights and on out-of-court dispute resolution bodies in the EU is available on the European Commission’s Consumer Redress in the EU portal.
