Ova metoda dr\u017ei otkucaje srca visokima i sagorijeva vi\u0161e masno\u0107a u kra\u0107em vremenu. <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC8294064\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Istra\u017eivanja<\/a> su pokazala da HIIT ne samo da ubrzava gubitak masno\u0107a, ve\u0107 i pobolj\u0161ava kardiovaskularno zdravlje i ubrzava metabolizam satima nakon treninga.<\/p><p>Postoje razli\u010dite vrste HIIT treninga, uklju\u010duju\u0107i one s utezima i fokusirane na kardio. Jedna od najpopularnijih metoda, na koju se danas fokusiramo, je <strong>30:10 HIIT format<\/strong>. Ovaj format sastoji se od 30 sekundi visokog intenziteta, pra\u0107enih 10 sekundi odmora.
