Mount the bracket
Drill two holes, screw in M6 or M8 bolts through the 12mm slotted holes. Works on concrete, brick, and drywall. Installation time: under 10 minutes.
Train hard
Unhook and unfold in seconds. Bench press, dumbbell rows, Bulgarian split squats, box jumps — rated to 500kg, it holds solid without wobble.
Hang it back up
Fold flat and rehang on the bracket. At 95mm it barely protrudes from the wall. Floor completely free. Room is yours again.
